Previous Projects

  • Ammonium Nitrate Emulsion (ANE) Plant

Lanmark provided detailed engineering, design, project management, procurement services, and construction support for a new ANE production facility.

    Project details:

    • Emulsion production rate: 11 ton/d

    • ANS flow rate: 800 L/min

    • Surfactant flow rate: 400 L/min

    • Diesel flow rate: 225 L/min

    • Steam flow rate: 80 L/hr

    • 75,000 L ANS tank storage

    • 40 ton emulsion storage silo

  • Granulation Plant Dedusting System

This project involved the review and redesign of the dedusting system at a petrochemical plant; the existing system was taken out of service shortly after the plant’s commissioning due to internal build-up in the fan and ducting which required continuous cleaning to function properly.

Lanmark’s objective was to improve reliability and functionality with minimal maintenance. This was achieved by performing a site visit, FEED study, and detailed design.

  • Steam Turbine Upgrade

Lanmark provided engineering and support to ensure the successful field installation of a 23,000 HP upgraded drop-in replacement turbine during a scheduled plant turnaround.

    Project details:

Auxiliary piping connections (drain, steam seal, lube and control oil, coupling cover vents, etc.) required piping field fitting.

A connection comparison was performed to anticipate necessary changes and develop cost estimates; to do this, Lanmark used a laser scan to create a model of the existing piping system.
