  • Pre-Turnaround Support

    Lanmark provides the support for long-range, conceptual, and detailed Turnaround planning. This includes developing management plans such as risk registers, action registers, logistics management plans, quality management plans, and lessons learned plans to ensure quality and facilitate Turnaround management.

    Lanmark also assists with planning for temporary facilities required on site for a Turnaround. This could include office facilities, material storage, and waste management services.

  • Turnaround Project Support

    Lanmark provides engineering design to facilitate Management of Change processes for small and major capital projects constructed and/ or installed during a Turnaround. This includes tracking and monitoring execution progress.

    Construction support is a key component of Turnaround projects, as RFIs from the field must have a quick response to prevent delays to critical and near-critical paths.

    Lanmark assists operation teams with plant startup/ commissioning activities and pre-startup checklists to minimize risks during startup, verify construction against design, and ensure that a plant comes back online as scheduled.

  • Post-Turnaround Support

    As part of Turnaround closeout, Lanmark ensures that design changes introduced in a Turnaround are properly tracked and documented as part of the quality management plan.

    Throughout construction and Post-Turnaround, Lanmark tracks changes, produces action/deficiency lists, and manages Post-Turnaround actions.

    Comprehensive documentation during Post-Turnaround facilitates analysis and planning, making future Turnarounds more effective and easier to plan.
