Lanmark has a dedicated civil engineering team that has worked throughout western Canada, as well as locations in eastern Canada and the USA.

 

Lanmark’s civil engineering team has experience in oil, gas, and petrochemical processing facility infrastructure, for green and brown field settings; Projects include analyzing soil conditions and engineering foundations and supports for buildings, piping, and static and dynamic equipment.

  • Foundation Design

    Foundations for dynamic (rotating equipment) and static load, concrete foundations, driven steel piles, helical (screw) piles, cast-in-place concrete piles, sheet piles, footings, mat foundations, and granular pad foundations.

  • Modular Structures

    Skid mounted pre-engineered building systems - all skidded equipment is reviewed in place (operating and climate) for loading, lifting, and transportation cases. Where possible, skidded modules are designed for a four-point lift and transportation on a standard trailer.

  • Structural Steel Design

    Lanmark has experience designing pipe racks, buildings, equipment supports, access platforms, modular pipe racks, and skids for equipment packages.

  • Earthworks & Secondary Containment

    Site and road grading (cut and fill), drainage plans, storm water run-off, surface water retention plans, secondary containment systems, pipeline crossings.
