Previous Projects
-
Ultrasonic and 882 Receipt Meter Stations
Lanmark provided the detailed design for:
A new 2-1284U receipt sour meter station
A new 2-16104U receipt sour meter station with a contract operating flow of 14,871E3 m3/d
Two 882 receipt sour meter stations co-located on one site.
-
Green Field RMS Expansion
This project required Lanmark to design and manage the green field installation of the Groundbirch East receipt meter station expansion. This included a twin 1-2412-4U meter station and NPS 12 Ultrasonic Skid-Mounted meter station.
Project details:
Max. Allowable Operating Pressure: 9,930 kPag
Flow Rate: 4,957E3 m3/d
Lanmark’s design enabled the client to save significant construction time by routing the piping above ground.
-
882 Receipt Meter Station
Lanmark provided complete detailed design of a new 882 Receipt Station located on an existing brownfield site. The new site was built as an addition to the existing facility to accommodate the additional requested capacity of 2,256E3 m3/d. The downstream yard piping required a road bore in order to tie into the mainline.
Project details:
Operating flow rate: 2,256 to 2,972E3 m3/d
Design pressure: 8,275 kPag
Design temperature: -45 to +45 C
-
Meter Station Upgrades
Lanmark was engaged to replace obsolete H2S analyzers, H2S shutdown circuit cards, Barton 1130 Flow computers, Bristol 3330 RTUs, battery powered YZ samplers, and all associated electrical, instrumentation, and control updates at a number of meter stations. The project also included addressing any operational or integrity issues identified in health and safety assessments during site visits.
Minimal construction support was required due to a detailed construction scope of work, design drawings, and construction management.
