ENGINEERING CO-OP STUDENT

Calgary, AB, Canada

Reporting to the President and working with the Quality Team Lead, the chemical engineering co-op student will provide design, document, and project support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design engineering calculation templates and instruction guides for liquid, gas and multiphase hydraulics sizing, PSV sizing, and equipment sizing for various unit processes in the oil, gas and petrochemical industries

• Assist in preparation of technical documents, engineering design specifications, and cost estimations

• Participate in the implementation of corporate quality and safety standards

• Communicate with external vendors and Lanmark personnel at various levels of the organization, including timely project support

Qualifications:

• Acceptance in a Bachelor of Engineering diploma program from an accredited Canadian university

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Teams, Outlook) with advanced skills in Excel. Previous experience with VBA coding and macros is preferred

• Ability to exercise tact and discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential information
